Terms of Service

1. Object

Rueda Lens provides a REST API that analyses images of tire sidewalls and returns structured data including tire size, specifications, and compatible vehicle information. The Service is intended exclusively for businesses and developers integrating tire recognition functionality into their own products.

3. Eligibility

The Service is available only to legal entities and natural persons acting in the course of their trade, business, craft or profession. The Service is not directed at consumers as defined under Spanish consumer protection law (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007). By registering, you confirm that you are acting in a professional capacity.

4. Acceptance

Use of the Service constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the Service. By ticking the acceptance checkbox during registration or by using the API, you confirm your acceptance.

5. Account registration

Access to the Service requires creating an account. You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information and keep it current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and API keys. You must notify us immediately at info@tireandgo.com of any unauthorised use of your account.

6. Description of the Service

• You submit one or more images via a POST request to the /v1/analyze endpoint.
• The Service processes the images using artificial intelligence to identify tire markings and, optionally, vehicle information.
• The Service returns a structured JSON response with tire size, specifications and, where detected, compatible vehicle data.
• Recognition accuracy may vary depending on image quality, lighting conditions and sidewall visibility.

7. Plans, billing and quotas

• Sandbox plan: free, limited to 100 requests per month, for testing purposes only. Not intended for production use.
• Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Enterprise): monthly subscription with included request quota. Additional requests beyond the quota are charged at the overage rate applicable to your plan.
• Custom plan: negotiated pay-as-you-go pricing with no fixed quota. Governed by the applicable order form.
• Billing is processed monthly via Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise Rueda Lens to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
• Prices are shown exclusive of applicable taxes. VAT or other taxes will be added where required.
• Invoices are issued electronically and are available in your dashboard.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or attempt to derive the source code or underlying models of the Service.
• Resell, sublicense or make the API available to third parties as a standalone service without prior written agreement.
• Submit images containing personal data of individuals without a lawful basis for processing such data.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, quotas, authentication or other technical controls.
• Use the Service in a manner that could damage, disable or impair its operation or that of any third-party infrastructure.
• Use the Sandbox plan for production traffic or commercial use.

Rueda Lens reserves the right to immediately suspend access for any breach of this section.

9. Intellectual property

All elements of the Service — including the API, underlying AI models, software, documentation, trademarks and branding — are the property of Car and Go Technologies, S.L. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual and industrial property law.

Rueda Lens grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the API solely for the purpose of integrating tire recognition functionality into your own product, subject to these Terms.

You retain ownership of the images you upload. By submitting images, you grant Rueda Lens a limited licence to process them for the sole purpose of providing the Service.

10. Availability

Rueda Lens will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Service availability. No uptime guarantee is provided for the Sandbox plan. Paid plans are subject to the SLA described in the applicable plan documentation, if any. Rueda Lens may carry out scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice where possible.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

Rueda Lens's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amounts paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Rueda Lens shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Recognition results are provided on a best-efforts basis. Rueda Lens does not warrant that results are accurate, complete or fit for any particular purpose. You are responsible for validating outputs before relying on them in any commercial context.

12. Suspension and termination

Rueda Lens may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately and without prior notice in the event of: material breach of these Terms; fraudulent, abusive or illegal use; or non-payment of amounts due. You may terminate your account at any time from the dashboard. Upon termination, your access is revoked and your data will be retained and then deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

13. Data protection

The processing of personal data in connection with the Service is governed by the Rueda Lens Privacy Policy, available at ruedalens.com/privacy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

14. Modifications

Rueda Lens may update these Terms to reflect changes in applicable law or the Service. Material changes will be notified by email to the address associated with your account at least 15 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. As this is a B2B service, any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
